The General Terms
If you encounter any issues with your order or the checkout process, or if you have any questions about the status of your order, simply contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page.
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.
CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping it protected.
The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unsolicited information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our inventory is constantly changing. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will issue a refund.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that seller will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Nevada Firearms & Training, Our Owners, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nevada Firearms & Training and our parent company, Owners, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers or contractors, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
If you have item(s) transferred to us, you have 14 days to get your 4473 processed from the time your item(s) arrive. After 14 days there will be a $10/day storage fee assessed for each item(s) not picked up. After 45 days the item(s) will be considered abandoned and will become property of the store.
Any items that are ordered will be stored for 90 days at the max. After 90 days there will be storage fees of $10/day assessed to store the firearm(s) until pickup. Once the value of the storage fees exceed the value of the firearm(s) then the items will be considered abandoned and will become property of the store, and no refund will be given.
Firearms that are left for work to be performed on them will be considered abandoned 60 days after work has been completed. We will contact you once the item(s) have had work finished.
BY HAVING FIREARMS TRANSFERRED, ORDERED, OR WORKED ON BY THE STORE I AGREE THAT ALL ABANDONED ITEMS THAT BECOME PROPERTY OF THE STORE WILL HAVE NO MONEY DUE TO ME AND I WILL MAKE NO CLAIMS AGAINST THE STORE, OWNERS, OR EMPLOYEE’S.
SITE TERMS MODIFICATIONS
Any claim relating toNevada Firearm & Training's website or local store shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We offer a firearm transfer service for your out of state purchases. The transfer fee is $35 / Firearm, and $50 / NFA Item. A $25 background check fee also applies if you DO NOT have a valid Nevada Concealed Firearms Permit. All firearms must be picked up within 14 days unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Storage fees of $10 / day may apply if not picked up in a timely manner.
Please tell your seller to include the following items with you shipment.
1. Copy of invoice/receipt with what was purchased and paid to the seller. If the item is a gift from an individual please make sure they include a signed letter stating it is a gift, or a private sale.
2. All of your contact information including name, address and phone number
3. Sellers email address and phone number
4. Copy of the sellers FFL or a copy of the sellers drivers license if being shipped by an individual.

Transfers without the above information will be delayed.
Once your firearm is received in our store it must be logged, checked in and all paperwork must be verified to ensure we have what is required to process the transfer. This process can take up to 24 hours. (One Business Day) We will contact you to schedule a time when your firearm is ready for pick-up. Firearm transfers are available for pick-up the same day they are received for an same day fee of $10.
The Nevada Department of Taxation requires all Nevada Gun Stores to collect sales tax on your out of state purchases. This tax applies to the transfer and the total price paid to the out of state seller. There are some possible exemptions from this tax such as private party sales and gifts. Please see the link below for the specific details of the bulletin from the Nevada Department of Taxation.
If you have a transfer and your are denied on your background check, we can return the firearm to the shipper for a shipping & processing fee, purchase the item from you, sell it online for you, or store the firearm until your issue is resolved. There will be storage fees after 30 days of your denial of $10/day. You must keep in contact with us regarding resolving the issue! If you don't have the issue resolved within 60 days of denial and we have not made arrangements with you to store for an extended time then after 60 days the item will be considered abandoned per our abandoned firearms policy. If storage fees exceed value of item(s) transferred, item(s) will be considered abandoned and will become property of the store per our abandoned firearm policy.
The Nevada Background Check Act, enacted into law in February 2019, went into effect on January 2, 2020. By requiring background checks for most sales and transfers of firearms between unlicensed individuals.
Under the new state law, a person who is not a licensed dealer under federal law must comply with the background check requirement for any gun sale or transfer, unless the transaction falls under one of the exceptions in the Act. Criminal penalties apply to violations.
The Nevada statute (NRS 202.254 and 202.2531 through 202.2543) requires that a federally licensed firearms dealer conduct a background check on the buyer or transferee prior to any sale or transfer between unlicensed individuals. The dealer may charge a reasonable fee for conducting the check and facilitating a transfer between unlicensed individuals.
We offer a Private Party Transfer service for NV residents. Our charge for Private Party Transfers is $35.
Both the Buyer and the Seller must appear at the store. We will get copies of both Drivers Licenses. The buyer will fill out a 4473 and we will process a Private Party background check.
The State of Nevada DOES NOT charge for Private Party background checks!
Once both parties of the Private party Transfer are here we will log in the firearm and process the background check. Once we get a reply on the background check, we will contact the buyer to notify them of the result, so they can pick up the firearm as long as they were not denied.
If the buyer is denied, then we will also contact the seller so that both parties can come back to the store prior to releasing the firearm back to the seller. This is so the seller can return the funds to the buyer prior to the firearm being released back to the seller.
ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL!
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before placing an order.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned directly to the Manufacture for repair following the manufactures warranty repair guidelines. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
All firearm orders require a copy of the receiving dealers FFL prior to shipment. Firearm orders over 5 business days old without the FFL paperwork (or picked up locally for NV Residents) will be canceled and charged up to a 25% restocking fee. ($25 minimum) Shipping Fees are not refundable. Any customer cancelled order will incur a 25% restocking fee.
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.
In the event of a denial on your background check or cancellation of a special order or sale, all cancellations are subject to a restocking charge.
Restocking charge on firearms under $400 = 25%
Restocking charge on firearms over $400 = 20%
If you are denied you have 3 options:
- Resolve your issue by contacting NICS and following instructions they give you to resolve the issue.
- We will process a refund to you subject to a Restocking charge listed above.
- We sell the item online on consignment which is subject to a listing and consignment fees.
